About the Journal

Digesta: Journal of Sharia and Law (E-ISSN: xxxx-xxxx) is a double peer-reviewed journal published by Yayasan Insan Cendekia Nusantara. The journal is aimed at spreading the results of research conducted by academicians, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Islamic law and legal studies. In particular, papers which consider the following general topics are invited: Islamic Family Law, Islamic Economic Law, Islamic Constitutional Law and Fiqh Siyāsah, Islamic Criminal Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Private and Criminal Law, and other Legal Studies. The journal is published periodically twice a year, i.e., every June (first edition) and November (second edition).
